ABOUT MARIA’S GOURMET PASTA

Growing up in Boston’s North End, everyone knew someone who made great pasta. 


While still in school, I worked for a pasta company making deliveries to local restaurants. I developed a passion for pasta and was eager to get into the kitchen and make pasta fresh  every morning. My desire for unique flavors and premium ingredients led me to start my own company.


I borrowed my mom Maria’s family recipes and opened Maria’s Gourmet Pasta Products. Made locally in small batches by real people using high quality ingredients, we continue to provide classic Italian pasta with unique, contemporary flavors. Today we still enjoy experimenting with new ingredients and flavor combinations.


Everything from our careful preparation to gentle packing and delivery will help you “wow” your guests with meals that are a harmony of flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
