Our Gluten Free pasta, ravioli and gnocchi is made from a proprietary blend of non-wheat flours that provides a delicious combination of taste and texture.

Although our products are made in a facility that also produces products containing wheat, we take every precaution to prevent cross contamination. Gluten Free is ≤ 20 parts per million as required by law.
